Laptop worked good until I tried to get back in. I can’t access my laptop without the bitlocker recovery (I don’t have one) and did everything I could to unlock it myself but have failed. If you know anything about bypassing this, this is a great deal for you! Comes with charger and no extra accessories . Only owned for 2 months so fairly new but unfortunately locked.
