World Collectable Figure, WCF for short, is a series of fixed posed static figure and accessories produced by the Japan prized collectible toy maker that focuses on worldwide well-known animated series. Most characters/items in the series are from 5cm to 7cm tall. Despite the small format, character rendering is of higher quality than other regular SD figure series, partly due to the fact that it does not obey the regular SD rule of a head-body ratio of 1:3, but chose a more "realistic" scaling of 1:4. They also aren't produced with scaling in mind as every adult is 7 cm tall and children or little characters are about 5 cm tall, regardless of their actual sizes.Launch (ランチ) is a woman with a strange disorder which causes her to switch between two different personalities each time she sneezes. Her first personality is a blue-haired woman, who is sweet, pure-hearted and cheerful and always ready to help. Her other personality is a blonde-haired woman, who is angry and trigger-happy and commits crimes for money and is quick to respond with gunf i re when angered. Neither of Launch's personalities remembers the other's actions or anything they said, that is until the King Picco lo arc, which is evident when she remembers who Krill in was when he died.
